Its been crazy all morning today at the Ahli Bank, where I work. Its Garge'an time. Basically, for those who dont know what that is, it is similar to Halloween, except kids dont dress up in customs but in the traditional local outfit. Like Halloween, they then roam from house to house with bags collecting candy, sweets, and gifts. This day has no set date, it usually happens during the middle of Ramadan which is around now. So the bank prepared hundreds of these small cutely wrapped cases decorated on the inside and outside with candy inside for all the clients' kids. We've been passing them around to all the clients that come in according to how many kids they got.
