Save the district of Gemmayzeh from more than 10 residential towers projects! The good news is that the protection of the neighborhood of Gemmayzeh has finally been achieved through the formulation of urban design regulation specifically for the area. The bad news is that the ten proposed towers for the area that prompted the protection action in the first place, are exempt from the new rules and guidelines.
