Built to Survive
October 19, 2006
Never expected to see a car this old in Kuwait. This station wagon is of the early 70's models I think. Dont know how it survived so long, dont know how the driver survived! If you notice, he has no rear window!! Its funny how the older models of cars were built to handle the roughest of environments and last the longest years.

Close Call: Car Accident
October 08, 2006
Every Saturday I go to my dads office to offer any kind of help with the financial and administrative issues. But every time I go, I go half asleep, cos its a pain in the ass driving all the way to Sulaibiya. Yesterday, I got there half asleep at 8:30 a.m. and a little before reaching there, I had to take a U-turn. This car flies right past me to get to the U-turn first, takes it without paying attention to the traffic coming his way. This was the outcome! Luckily both drivers were ok. There are a LOT of crazy drivers out there, but the ratio of those drivers in Kuwait seems to be growing drastically.

About Me

Name: Fonzy
Home: Kuwait
About Me: In brief, I graduated from LAU in Lebanon with a double major in Busines Computer and Banking & Finance. Worked in many pubs and night clubs as a DJ, PR, and Security Comptroller. Now I'm in Kuwait.... been here since September 2005. Im working two jobs, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, and a third project is on the way, which will be a great hit if it works out and i sleep max 5 hours a day. Its a chilled life, mostly work, and occasional outings. In Kuwait, I use my brain cells, then go to Lebanon and burn them:D But one fact remains unchanged and will always be.... I MISS LEBANON!!!!!
