Mughal Mahal
October 28, 2006
Friday for lunch, we head to Mughal Mahal for lunch. This is an indian food restaurant located in the Sharq area. It was my first time trying Indian food. I have always avoided trying this food mainly cos I heard that it is very spicy food and I am VERY sensitive to spicy stuff. But I decided to venture and try it out cos been hearing a lot about it recently. I loved the food and was impressed by the way the food was prepared. I tried the lamp chops, on the left, and a bite of fish, on the right. I did, however, leave lit like a light bulb cos of the spices :P

Pros:
(1) Amazing Food
(2) Very hygeinic
(3) Appetizing presentation of dishes
(4) Light food
(5) Welcoming hospitality
(6) Fast Service

Cons:
(1) Too spicy
(2) Cooking smell reaks
(3) Have to wait for a table so I advise you to reserve

Woud I Go There Again?

Ocassionaly, when I feel like blowing out fire :)

Note: They will be opening a new branch in Hawally, Beirut Street, soon.

there is also a branch at the Marina Mall food court and a branch near Ceasers in Salmiya. They might be closer to you. Oh and there is another branch right next to Marina, last floor of the building that has Marks & Spencer.
