 You can see this in the Radisson SAS Hotel in Kuwait in the main lobby. I read about it last Thursday when I visited the hotel and was very interesting to know more about it and how it works. I'm guessing it is similar to the one in Kuwait University (the new campus). Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it is basically a very heavy granite ball that revolves in that holder purely due to flowing water. That is what I recall someone telling me about the one at KU.
